Caravelle

Caravelle is the most important water park in Liguria, with an average of 120,000 visitors a year. Inaugurated in 1989 and dedicated to Christopher Columbus, as the name suggests, it is located in a green area at the foot of the Rio Torsero regional nature reserve, just 5 km from the town of Albenga, and overlooking the beautiful Ligurian Sea. It boasts a consolidated and undisputed experience in the summer accommodation and entertainment sector which makes it one of the most popular water parks in Northern Italy.

Very easy to reach a short distance from the Via Aurelia, it covers an area of ​​80,000 square meters and offers attractions – slides, toboggans, kamikazes, a wave pool, the special relaxation area “The source of the heart” – for young and old mainly families with a carefree and fun offer thanks to a tried and tested formula that combines entertainment, involvement and games.

The slides and attractions, owned by the park, stand partly on owned land and partly on municipal land covered by a 25-year concession renewed in 2019.
